Adinivaas App: Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren formally launched the “Adinivaas Digital App” on Monday during an event held at Audrey House in Ranchi. This app has been designed with the objective of connecting tribal communities across the country on a single digital platform and preserving their culture, language, traditions, and lifestyle.

Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister Hemant stated that Aadinivas is not merely a digital app, but a medium to strengthen the identity, culture, and future of tribal society. He further added that this platform would provide tribal youth with opportunities for employment, economic growth, and for showcasing their talents to the world.
This app has been developed by Nitin Kujur, a young innovator from the tribal community. The app features a wealth of important information related to tribal society. Appreciating Nitin Kujur’s efforts, the Chief Minister remarked that he has built this digital platform through hard work, dedication, and creative thinking.
Chief Minister Hemant Soren observed that the present era is a digital one, and the significance of mobile phones and digital gadgets has grown rapidly. Today, people can connect with any corner of the world in the blink of an eye. In such times, tribal society, too, must move forward in step with technology so that their identity and culture can reach the global stage.
He emphasized that tribal society possesses a distinct cultural identity, and its youth are now rapidly advancing into the mainstream of development. However, with changing times, it is equally imperative that the community does not lose its connection to its culture and traditions. The Chief Minister asserted that the Adinivaas app would prove to be a significant step in this direction.
Launch of ‘Adinivaas’ App in Jharkhand
During the event, the Chief Minister also highlighted the state government’s schemes related to youth empowerment and skill development. He announced that the Jharkhand government has established a pilot training center in Dumka, where the state’s youth can now receive training to become commercial pilots. He further stated that free facilities would be provided to tribal youth at this training center.
The Chief Minister affirmed that the state government is continuously working towards the goal of making the youth of Jharkhand self-reliant and self-sufficient. He emphasized that providing better opportunities to the youth within the state itself is a priority for the government. Following the launch of the ‘Adinivaas Digital App,’ it is expected that this platform will play a significant role in digitally connecting the tribal community, preserving their cultural heritage, and helping the youth forge a new identity.
